Kids are so fun!!

Wyatt and Erika are finally getting the whole play together thing. It is nice and not so nice in some ways. I think they are pretty cute. Wyatt thinks its fun to tie his camo on Erika and make her a pirate!!!

Erika Birthday

So I am late again on posting pictures. We had a quiet celebration for Erika on her first birthday. We will be celebrating with all our family in August for the eating cake thing. I still have a hard time believing that she is a year all ready. How sad!!!

Happy 1st Birthday Erika

It is really hard to believe that a full year has gone by. Time has just really flown by. We have had our ups and downs but we wouldn't trade it for anything. Well maybe the whole crying all the time thing but other than that!!! Erika is getting so big now. She is walking and into everything. Before long she will be talking and become her own little person.

The Knight Family visit

My older brother and his family came for a few days. We had a great time. My nephew Dalan won 4th place in the UFC grappler quest. We went and saw the pirate show at treasure island and went to the stratosphere. The rest of the time we just hung out by the pool. Wyatt had a blast and was soon Drake's best friend!!!

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July. It was just a nice quiet family time. Wyatt loved the fireworks and Erika cried pretty much the whole time.

Erika's walking!!!!

So I am a little behind on the blogging thing but Erika has been walking for about 2 weeks now. She has really taken off. At first she would walk with her hands all the over her head, kind of like an orangutan. She has since lowered her arms and thinks she can go everywhere!!! She loves to use puzzle pieces as a binki now too!!

Vacation Time

We had our annual vacation time again. We were able to go camping at Joe's Valley, in Utah. We had a great time!!!! Wyatt thought it was a blast. He loved playing with the fire as much as possible. Very scary!!! He is such a fire bug!!! Erika thought it was OK. Unfortuneatelty she had to be in the pack n play most of the time. She and mom weren't to thrilled with crawling in the dirt. I am so very grateful that we had a trailer to sleep/cook/relax in. I don't think I can do the whole tent camping thing again.
Everyone had a blast fishing again. We were actually able to catch quite a few. The kids thought it was great.

Happy Anniversary

Better late than never, Right???? Chris and I celebrated our 12th anniversary on Sunday June 14th. Time has really flown by. Unfortunately we didn't do anything special, but we are ok with that. We have had our ups and down but I think we do pretty well.
