End of First Grade

Wyatt finished up First Grade.  I can't believe he is growing up so fast!!!  He had a great school year.  At the awards ceremony he won the PE award, straight A honor roll, outstanding year, and the principal's award.  We were very proud of him.  He also gave his teacher a glass block with the word Inspire on it ( I made it with vinyl).  He had a great teacher, Mrs. Alfaro.  She was chosen out of the entire district to be one of the new teachers of the year.  Only 8 teachers are chosen out of about 300.  Wyatt really enjoyed her.  I helped every week in their classroom and really enjoyed that too.  It was fun to get to know the kids and who Wyatt would spend his day with.
