Christmas 2010

We had a GREAT Christmas this year. As usual the kids are REALLY spoiled. They had fun though. Erika loved her new little kitchen and baby nursery. It was a hit!!! Wyatt enjoyed getting his DS and camoflauge sleeping bad. Chris and Sabrina received a keyboard. Chris wants to learn to play the piano and Sabrina wants to relearn too!! It was a nice day and we really enjoyed the gifts!! Thanks Santa.

Christmas card

Every year we usually get our pictures done for the annual Christmas card. This year we ran out of time and tried to get them done but the wait was UNBELIEVABLE for the scheduled time. We will get them done but it wasn't in time for Christmas. I took the kids outside and took some. I think they turned out pretty cute. I didn't send out too many and if you didn't get one don't feel bad.

My birthday

Wyatt said I had to have cake for my birthday and of course he wanted it green. We didn't have enough candles for the actual amount of years but that is ok. I told Wyatt I wasn't having any more birthdays because I didn't want to get any older. He thought that was just silly and birthdays are really fun. Chris bought me a dozen roses for me. I loved it!!! He thinks flowers are a waste of money and never buys them so it was a great present to me.

Yo Gabba Gabba!!!

Erika loves the show YO Gabba Gabba. They were here in Las Vegas for a show and were doing a free meet and greet at the mall. I took both kids by myself and waited in line for about 1 1/2 hrs. Both kids were great and thought it was really fun. I hope so because waiting in line for that long and than the 2 minutes to get your picture taken was REALLY long for mama.

He lost another tooth!!!

So the day after he lost his 1st tooth,we wiggled the one next to it and it was extremely loose. We yanked it out and he was very happy that the tooth fairy was able to come two days in a row. I can't believe that he had already lost two teeth!!! He is growing up so fast!!!

Wyatt Lost his first tooth!!!!

Wyatt lost his first tooth yesterday!!! It has been loose for quite some time. He was VERY excited. I guess he told his teacher that it didn't hurt and he didn't even cry. What a crazy kid. He was very excited to have the tooth fairy come and visit it. When he smiled you can't even tell that he has a hole. His other tooth is coming u all ready. He is getting so big!!!

Making Gingerbread houses

So this year we decided to try and decorate gingerbread houses. It was fun but REALLY messy. I think Erika had more fun trying to eat it than actually decorating them. They aren't the prettiest decorated but the kids did them all by themselves. We started out with 5 little houses but as the days have progressed, Daddy has eaten 3 of them!!! Wyatt keeps telling him NOT to eat his house. Maybe next year we'll try it again!!!

Decorating the Christmas Tree

The Kids had fun decorating the tree this year. Erika wanted to hang the ornaments all on one branch and has decorated and redecorated it many times. Wyatt realized that if he stretches really tall he can almost get to the top. We only have a 6 ft tree so this is almost possible. We only broke a few decorations but it was fun!!! Have I taken a picture of the final product? Not yet but i will before Christmas comes. We can't have any presents out either because Erika rips them open!!!

Crazy Hair!!!

So Erika has REALLY curly hair. It is long enough to put into little piggy braids and will usually stay for a little while. She also has great bed head hair!!! I can't wait for Christmas!!! Anyway, this is what she looked like during the day and what she woke up with after we had taken her braids out. I promise I did not do anything to make it look like this. She literally had just walked downstairs!!!

Riding bikes with Grandma

While Wyatt was at school, Erika decided to ride bikes with Grandma. Erika loves to ride her tricycle anytime she can so she thinks this is great. She is getting to be such a big girl!!!

Aviation Nation!!!!

We had a great time at Aviation Nation this year. it is the airshow that is performed on Nellis Air force Base. Wyatt thinks it's great!!! It does take a lOONNGGG time to get on the base but it is well worth it. Wyatt's favorite part, of course, was the guns!!! He thought it was great that he was able to "play" with them. Erika had a good time too. Wyatt was the photographer for some of the pictures. I thought he did preety good. As usual, Chris had to work so it was just me and the kids. It was lots of fun though.

Visit from Grandma

Chris's mom came for a visit. She always makes us something to eat. This time she made a HUGE cupcake. It took three cake mixes to make this thing!!! Erika had a great time helping grandma. Wyatt didn't want to help this time.
